That there are 2 singles matches in the same category for a few kids, this is only way we can save your time and money and make it simple to run a tournament but at any point if you dont want play two matches, pls keep us posted a day prior itself.
Draw size is small, so if we plan smartly we can finish the tournament faster and everyone can go back to school or training or for a holiday during the festive season
If by any chance the timings overlap, don’t worry enough break will be given. Just inform Ganesh Sir about the same and he will be happy to oblige
Have fun.. Happy holidays. Merry X Mas and Happy New Year. See you guys in 2020

Hello from Tams Tennis Academy, Whitefield , Bangalore. Firstly we thank all of you for participating in National Ranking tournament to be held from this weekend onwards. This is a request for the players to help us by contributing a little towards the overall cost of running this event. A CS7 event costs us close to Rs.1.5-2 lakhs for 2 categories. All we expect from the players is to contribute at max Rs.1000 including the entry fees per event and forgo the Daily Allowance(DA). This way we will be able to negotiate all the costs and run more future events. This is not a must but a humble request
Running a CS7/SS/NS is what we can do with our 12 court facility but not without support from the players coz we at TAMS cannot run the tournaments on commercial benefits but for Players benefit. We do not have sponsors for these events nor do we have the time or resources to find sponsors. I know most of us wouldn’t mind financing an event where our own kids will be benefitted. Remember we are just a Tennis academy which is primarily into Tennis Coaching which is our Bread and Butter.
Paying Rs.400 extra or forgoing the DA might not be a big deal for most of you but it helps us run the event smoothly. Remember we all pay atleast Rs.50,000 per tournament if we have to travel up north. So this way we save and what we save this week can help us travel the distance in our Kids Tennis Journey.
Lastly we don’t want you to pay or sacrifice without any benefits coz We at Tams can whip up something for your kids. Here is what we can do
This Coupon can be used for any one of the following, The whole offer is based on kids who are playing atleast the first round of the main draw and for kids who are sailing deep in the Main draw we will be more than happy to offer more. And if any kid loses in the qualifying but have paid Rs.1000 towards the sponsorship, we will still be glad to do something for you. Kindly chat with us for more details

We are trying our best to make the financing for these tournaments as easy as possible, And it is unfair that there are regular sponsors who have no advantage over others who do not support. Whatsapp the Aita Card of the kids and the transaction screenshot to +91 6366610444
With a lot of Contemplation, I have to put this into use to keep going on with these events.
Entry Fees for Under 14: Rs. 600 +200 = Rs.800
Entry Fees for Under 16: Rs. 600 +200 = Rs.800

Rurik is normally the only person whom I dont write about for obvious reasons(yes he is my son for folks who dont know), He is Basically a shy person exactly like me which is why I dont like to write about my own son, but on the flipside he is also from our stables called Tams.
Chapter 1 :
Rurik won three back to back titles in the nationals of Tennis Australia, He won 17 matches in a row, 6-5-6 in three tournaments. The last tournament was unbelievable with our flight at 1pm, he had his semis at 8.30 am. The wind was so heavy in Hume that it took them almost 2 hours finish the match. Kale, the tournament referee was so understanding, he put Ruru’s match with just 10 mins break. Starting at 10;45am and just 45 mins left out to be at the airport. Ruru was swift in the finals, finished it in 45 mins and we literally ran all the way( thank God that hume is just 15 mins away from Tullamarine airport), we just made it in time to catch the flight out of Australia. This was Sunday, for he had a Asian Juniors match on monday at 11 am. We land in Singapore, wait for 5 hours and land in Chennai on Monday morning at 12.30 am. Six hours to go before we the board the flight to Colombo. He is always cool and casual which amuses me. He had a gala time in Chennai, playing the fool with his mom the whole night without sleeping a wink.
We land in Colombo to be only welcomed by a huge traffic jam due to the ongoing election rally. Walks on court and beats the first round guy 0 & 0. His 20 match winning streak was ended by his best friend and hitting partner Vaibhav in the Semifinals of the U 14 Asian Juniors in Colombo. Commendable effort considering the fact he played tournaments non stop for 18 days in a row, traveled to 5 cities for tournaments and moved across 4 countries as well.
Chapter 2:
For all the Parents and Players Notice :;
Rurik started the year with a ranking of India No.17 in Jan 2019, the only time he has ever looked me in the eye and asked, whether I will help him to reach the top 10 in the country. I said YES, but on one condition that he plays internationally in the second half of the year( He hates playing abroad coz he thinks it ruins his AITA Ranking). He agreed and we had a deal. By the end of May he was India No.5. We honoured our promises and went into training for 3 months without playing any tournaments nationally or Internationally. He played one U 14 NS in mysore before leaving to Australia, here we are at November, he is still ranked India No.9 and it will go down to India No.6/7 right after his Aurangabad U 14 Nationals.
Moral :: Six Months 2 tournaments and still has managed to stay in the top 10 for 10 months. Smart plan and hard work can do wonders if you know how to work it out..
